I'm starting to realize I'll never have an N.head, so I was just wondering what a decent alternative was for WS? Right now I'm using Voyager Sallet

I'm never getting that piece of equip either, i'm currently using Anwig Salade from the Moogle mini expansion.
STR+4 DEX+4 WS.Acc+15 CritDam+2% augments. It also functions as a solo SA piece.

This. Even if I did have Heca head I would still probably use this for my multi hits.

There are a fair numbr of Multi hit WS hats around. That new dagger skill+acc head, Anwig salade, hell even Ohat gets the job done. The trouble comes for finding better choices for sharkbite/Mandalic stab.
There is relic hat (5 dex) is about the easiest decent option if you do dynamis. After that skadi works very well for stacked Shark/Man Stab (dex4/agi4/atk6).
Beyond that there isnt much unless you get an Nhead until more gear is released.
If youll 'never' get a drop of a T1 NM thats probably always up i dont know what to tell you. You 'cant' get Nhead, 'cant' get easy mobs in abbysea, then Id expect you 'cant' get the harder mobs in abyssea. Guessing you cant get skadi or relic either at this rate.
If you 'cant' get anything from any kinda NM/Event then we cant really help you. Your going to be stuck with anwig forever.

If you mean a 21-24 hour NM, that is heavily botted, and an abjuration that was previously 800k, then yes, I decided that i was 'never' going to get that, when i had an option that was just as good in a majority of situations.

These are both fine options, but the anwig I'm using is more versatile, and does as good of a job or better than all others save for skadi on TA>MB and TA>SB and even then, thats barely an upgrade.
i'm also a taru, so i prioritize str a little more than most people. so having an extra 4 str and moving my fSTR up plus the 2% crit damage increase, to me is worth the trade off for 3agi and 4att. (and again, this is only for TA>SB + TA>MS) for the rest the anwig beats all other options.
The new dagger skill head piece looks good at first, but its really just an ohat on crack. (17acc, 5att) anwig will trump this always.

The T1 NM he is talking about is Abas in Abyssea, should only take about 10-15 minutes to get a pop item, and then about 3 minutes to kill the guy with a 6 man pt.

You should be using your Anwig Salade on TA>MS and TA>SB too actually. Even if you have Rogue Armlets +1. You are essentially looking at +2 base damage from +1 to fSTR and 2% crit damage vs. +4-5 base Damage on the first hit only and +6 atk. If you triple attack, the Anwig will beat the Skadi Visor more because it retains the +2 damage increase on all hits, not just on the first hit. Actually, thinking about it makes it seem to come out about even. But if you have more than 100 tp, you should definately be using Anwig instead of Skadi.

Anyway, yeah there is a rather large gap between every other head piece and Nhead. It used to be Relic/Ohat/Nhead as about the only real options for everything. Then along came skadi (still a pain to get) and then Anwig.
Personally I try to avoid using anwig as a WS piece at all costs because teh haste3, atk5, acc10 version is just sweet sweet victory for TP hat.
Anwig is easily the most realistic "good" option for Thf WS in general (Str/WS acc+Dex/Crit damage) without some really hard to get gear to replace it. "If" you can get a skadi mask, I would strongly suggest making anwig a TP piece and leave skadi+ohat/Maestra combo for WS. All that extra acc/atk on TP will do more than another few damage on WS.

I would recommend either joining an Einherjar shell or talking with the leader of one about buying it if you can't find one with a schedule that works for you.
Alternatively, hang out in DA and talk to whoever claims about buying it.

The Einherjar route seems like a good idea, until 1. they never drop and 2. when they do drop, 10 people are dogpiled on them. In over a year and a half of Einherjar, we've only seen 1-2 N.heads (compared to scores of blueberks and dalmaticas.) I'm not getting one any time soon.
I wish you could buy the abjurations straight from Kilusha in ampoules. I've bought everything she offers, including the eyepatch for the lulz, and I'm drowning in ampoules I'll never use - even after spending 25K of them on synth items for my Shadow coat set.

I've seen the exact opposite. We've got so many nheads and nlegs that they are now considered garbage drops by my LS. Meantime we've only seen 3 adaberks in 2 years.

guess its like dynamis and every damn thing else in this game. Some groups cursed with 1 item, throwing away another and vice versa for the next LS. I have been doing ein for over 2 years now. We have seen.....ONE Nhead. 2 Nlegs, 2 forks(recently. 1.5 years and 0), like9 adaberks or something rediculous. I gave up and just bought my damn nhead.
