Found this in an old post about assasins armlets, scan to the 12th poster he mentions that treasure hunter is effected my CHR iv heard this before but then some people say it works and others say it doesnt, can you shed any light. Cant believe everything the internet says, any tests?

No, the CHR on the armlets are nothing but a random stat, and they are a mod for DE.
It doesn't affect Treasure Hunter.

Invalidated by SE long ago, per SE's own commentary, saying ver batim "attributes have no effect on the treasure hunter trait." (attributes being str, dex, chr, etc). Wish I had the link but this is a long settled issue anyhow.
