Just a quick question on current THF solo knowledge...
In the range of 50-60 soloing wut sub is best if my BST is only 29 and where should I go?

You are going to have a difficult time soloing anywhere. BST's charm ability is based on the level of your BST as a main, even when it's only a sub. So in order to solo effectively w/o an undesired mischarm rate, you want the level of your BST to meet or exceed the level of the job you are XPing on. For instance, if your THF was 30 and your BST was 29, it would be ok since the level of your BST pretty much meets your THF, and the mobs will con the same, however, if your THF is 60 and your BST is 29, the mobs you are trying to charm will con IT++ to a lv 29, making your experience very difficult. Now if you are THF60 and BST60, the mobs you are trying to charm (if you're doing it right), will con DC-EM to both your THF and your BST, making it ok. Even though your BST is a sub, the charm ability success rate is directly linked to BST as a main. Gives a new meaning to underleveled sub. If you want to solo well as THF/BST, level up your BST first to the same lv as your THF, or to get it over with, do it straight to 75, then back to THF, otherwise, say hello to a lot of campaign. There are few places you can go soloing on every lv. You just have to choose one and remember few criteria:
- Pick up EP mobs. why? you will win fight with lil HP loss(evasion), combine it with bloody bolts you can fight with no rest. Also afte update EP mobs give more exp.
- pick up slow hitting mobs (easier to get on shadows)
- you should be able to sleep it with sleep bolt
- max your evasion
- pick up Field Manual quests
- it would be great for these mobs to dont link and be placed in safe place (away from other aggro mobs, close to zone)

If you can sleep it you can solo it!

In response to your sub question, NIN will be a good sub since you will have shadows to mitigate some of your damage, then bloody bolt back anything you do lose. I wouldn't suggest /DNC until later when you have Drain Samba II and Curing Waltz II, and even then, the healing capabilities are nice, but you end up relying heavily on evasion to get you through and it's not usually worth it.

/BST is great too if you have it lvled to 75.

Speaking from recent experience (I'm currently 1k from 59), around 56+ you can start to do select campaign battles. Make sure to target those areas under beastman control. If you're lucky, you'll find someone fighting imp healers and can do "okay" damage to them. You can also hit those glowing tower things (they give the mobs regen/refresh/regain) that are stationed around the fortifications. If you fight them with your back to the fortification, you can SA them also.
It's not always the best xp, but can surprise you. I actually went out with a 75 PLD friend the other night for about an hour and he would pull the imps. Battle lasted roughly 20~30 mins and I got like 1600 xp + 452 Ops.
