The other upgrades after the artifact hands aren't nearly as spectacular, and I've only grabbed one of em. I'll list in a general order what you may wanna look into.
The Rogue's Vest +1 Is a nice alternative to the scoorpion harness. The 6 strength will raise attack by 3 and base damage by either 1 or 2 depending on fSTR tiers broken on every mellee hit. The downside is it's ugly as hell, and I hated that. Today I use either my skadi's cuirie when /war or my tp style mirke wardecors when /nin, but I hated the look enough that I went back to the my scorpion harness +1 before I got those. The Homam Corazza is an obvious upgrade (it CRUSHES this thing), but you're saving points for your final nashira, so I doubt you'll be seeing the corazza for a while. At any rate, this makes a decent dancing edge body as well if you lack better alternatives, and without heca harness or antares I'd advocate it's use in that for sure. I'd use it before I would dragon harness in multi hit (But dragon harness is GREAT for shark bite and mandalic stab, so do use dragon there).
This is the only upgrade other than hands I bothered to get.
The
rogue's poulaines +1 is nothing more than the regular artifact with a bonus of 5 ranged accuracy. That's nice, but the
pahluwahn crackows offer 3 r acc and do just fine. And the
Homam Gambieras and the
Skadi's Jambeaux are both stronger alternatives if you wanna push end game events. I just got my Jambeaux on Tuesday, and with the equivalent of striders movement speed added I'll use that instead of my old homam whenever I go for r acc, but pahluwahn was what I used previous to these for r acc.
I did not upgrade this one myself. HOWEVER

I've never had real inventory issues because I only have one job leveled. If you have many like most people, this is a good upgrade to get. The flee boonus is one you WILL want to keep (45 seconds versus 30 seconds), so with that said, you may want to upgrade the hands and feet and re-aquire the normal and throw em in storage for inventory +3.
The
Rogue's Culottes +1 is an upgrade for an SATA or SATA weaponskill, but those are very rare and it only adds 2 base damage. That's the only purpose it has aside from looking goofy.
I never upgraded these.
The
rogue's bonnet +1 doesn't do anything the optical hat doesn't do better. If the 10 evasion was 10 accuracy I would say otherwise, but as it is it's a hodgepodge of the empress hairpin's dex and the evasion of the o hat, with less ranged acc and no melee acc. It's only useful for the dex, but by that time you should have better alternatives. Since we're talking artifact upgrades that means limbus/sea, so you would be better off looking to carmiene dobsonfly and the
voyager sallet or the
assassin's bonnet in dyna windy before this.
I never upgraded these either.
While the artifact hands is a pretty large upgrade, the other alternatives are nothing spectacular, and there are only two realistic upgrades out of them to pick from. Of those two, the body can be replaced once you get better stuff from other events.
