At level 37 you'll be limited in your soloing abilities just because of Whm's limited DD capabilities, but I'd recommend Pages 4-6 of the Maze of Shakhrami. You'll be able to stay on those mobs til your low 40's (42-43), you'll be able to build prowesses that'll boost your abilities one way or another, and the exp from the pages will increase upon successive kills, up to 16-1800 per page completion.
