I just wondered if people would be willing to share info on which quests drop Orison seals used to upgrade the head/legs/feet? The ones that are bugging me a bit are the quests in Attowha for the hat. I started questing last night but didn't have much time to play.
For those who haven't heard yet, the base head comes from Attowha for 20k Cruor. The base legs come from Attowha Bastion and are bought with resistance points and the feet come from gold chests, again in Attowha.
I know seals drop from NM but I understand WHM leg seals can be gotten from Miseraux by spamming a Jonette cookbook quest called Cookbook of Hope restoring.
Just wondering which quests people have gotten WHM seals from in Vunk/Attowha really.

Each zone has a different type of "seals" to be obtained from quests, and each quest can drop 4 jobs worth of seals.
Here are the WHM Seal quests
Attohwa = Head - Quest Threadbare Tribulations - Quest starter - Ponono (A)
Misareaux = legs - Quest Cookbook of Hope Restoring - Quest Starter - Jonette (A)
Vunkerl = Feet - Quest Bad Communication - Quest starter - Ferdechiond (A)
On a side note, you'll notice that each of the 3 zones drop a "different set" of gear. Like you mentioned Attohwa drops all the WHM Gear, but it also drops the BLM WAR MNK RDM THF (The original starter jobs). The next zone, Misareaux (Get it, alphabetical, and the 2nd of the 3 zones to be added to the game) drops the next set of JOBS to be added to the game (Original Advanced jobs) PLD DRK BRD RNG BST. The last zone (Vunkerl) drops the newest jobs DRG NIN SAM BLU SMN PUP DNC COR SCH.

While each zone has a specific group of jobs as term of base jobs. THe upgrade seals seem to be by zone.
Seals:
legs miserex.
Head: Attowa
Feet inlet.
Quests and nms seem to drop the same way.
I am not sure if the +2s follow suit.

Rocking Phantasy star online 2. And loving it! Hopefully sega get's it right this time. They are having a much better start this go around then Universe but still a ways off calling it a hot contender in today's MMO market.
