I'd like to level up my Divine Magic for Repose on Maat. Besieged has been working nicely but I have a good bit of time on my hands now so looking for other places to level up (preferably solo). I'm lv 70 / Taru / Divine is 198 at the moment. Any advice is welcome (eg where / what mobs / gear to use, etc.)
Try Hpemde in Sea. You can Flash them all you want and they won't attack you.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, I think you can Repose as well. I believe as long as it doesn't damage them, they won't fight back.

My initial answer for this is always: in exp. You should be flashing enough that it caps naturally. But as Perg said, Hpemede in Sea make great skill up tools. Any spell that doesn't cause damage will not aggro the fish.
Since WHM is your first level 70+ job (repose method doesn't work if you've beat Maat on another job), I suggest making sure you keep flashing in exp from this point forth. You should be packing enough -ENM that it doesn't draw aggro. And even if it does, hey, it's flashed. Flash is one of our most potent spells, use it and abuse it. Crappy tanks will hate you, great tanks will love you.

If you don't have sea access, you can just pick a higher level mob area, with mobs in the low 70's (this will totalty cap your skill for your level) and repose and flash them. Wait til they wake, repose again and repeat flashing (use haste and haste gear to reduce recasts on flash)
You can also try to kill these mobs useing a similar method. Use banish spells instead of flash, you'll have to likely rest during the fights, but you'll get some good Divine Skillups and some exo while you are at it. Just keep skin up for when the mob wakes up so you can repose with no problem again. Keep Light/Apollo's Staff on, and your Land acc should be pretty decent.

With banishga you get skillups like crazy.
You're probably going to ask next where you can skill up healing.

Wait for undead swarm for curing. You get metric @#%^tons of skillups curing undead in besieged.
You can wait for the Undead Swarm if you wish, but Besieged happens rarely enough as it is, and it might not be the right army that you want.

Well I kinda got almost all my magic skills capped in Besieged with my LV70 RDM with several 2hr floods (using item). I haven't spent time with divine magics as I normally don't use WHM or divine spells beyond Banish. The last time I tried /WHM to level up divine skill in Besieged went from 40 ~ 63. I came late and most of the battle was over and charm really sucks when everyone comes after you for spamming 2hr on a merrow. It may be gimped on max skill/job level when compared to other mage jobs, but getting the cap up there should make it easier when trying to skill in exp/skill parties.
Never mind, I'm tired and this wasn't entirely relevant.

Use Cure as an offensive spell vs. Undead. You will get skillups faster this way.
