I know I post here periodically, but I've actually retaken to leveling WHM. I'm Currently getting my SCH SJ to a usable level(It's currently 20, my WHM is 42). Once I'm done with that it's a straight charge to 75 with my static.
I'd like to get your opinions on my gear set as it stands. It can be found here.

Only thing that's really coming to mind atm is Qiqirn Sash +1.
Your gear set is fine; like Fynlar said, you could upgrade to level 40 belt and probably HQ the rings. But i´d only do that if i´d have gil to through around, since the effect is miniscule.
Also, before macroing in MND rings, you could use some MP rings (ether, astral etc.) for more MP at the start of a new chain or when resting back to full.
Finally, you could check the lv.10 Pilgrim´s staff for some more hMP. Sure you will be able to use Dark staff soon, but the Pilgrim´s will help your SCH as well. The bird NM in West-Sarutabaruta is up most of the time.
That is all i can think about atm, hope it helps!

Gear looks fine, except I think you can use a strap/grip from 30 so I'd do that.
A hMP set at this level could include pilgrim's wand, baron's legs, Qiqirn sash +1, seer's/salutary body etc
The only thing I could say is as a Hume you *may* want to switch in a little more MP gear to start in but aside from that you've spent more money on that lot than most do :) Very jealous of the new staff :) would love to have had that back when I levelled.
MP isn't critical but if you find yourself struggling a bit then at 40 you get access to more MP gear. The only place I'd stick it personally is maybe in the head slot. You could use the Qiqirn sash +1 for MP as well as hMP but you could also check out the Rev sash if you want. I'm sure you're aware your cape is about to get replaced with a Red Cape +1.
Next big changes for you are 50, then 51.

It seems a shame to have all that MND gear and then not to finish it off with a (White/Red Cape +1 3MND & Reverend Sash 2MND) but you've certainly got plenty to spare. xD
HMP is probably your buddy on the way up, obv your bigger hmp items come in later but you might be interested in picking up a (Salutary Robe/Salutary Robe +1) for +1/+2 hmp.
The only piece of gear I really recommend picking up is an Apollo's at 51 for consistent Repose lands. (provided you skill up divine magic, obv)
WHM is just one of those jobs innit xD, given its core roles in an xp party it can practically do the job naked; but having a strong enfeeb set/hmp set (and maybe some -enmity & mp) certainly doesn't hurt. xD
