Hi everyone. My friend and I both have WHM and she has a Senior Gold Musketeer's Rod (hMP+7) and a Legion Scutum (hMP+5), which collectively is better than a Dark Staff BUT the Rod's condition for hMP is: "Citizen of Bastok" so technically, her rod isn't giving her any hMP when she's in Aht Urghan areas, the past and sea, right?
I was thinking about it and wanted to make sure she wasn't cheating herself out of any hMP. Can some clarify this for me? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure the hmp would be present anywhere, as long as she's a Citizen of Bastok.

Items that depend on the conquest standing of a specific region will not work in places like Aht Urhgan, but from my understanding if the item just depends on you being a citizen of a certain nation, it will work anywhere if you are of that nation.
Could always just have her test it if she already has it... it's an easy test. I can't find this information on the wiki, but it does deserve to be there imo.

Yeah, she just tested it and it does indeed work. Got 61 MP back on the first tic with the wand/shield and 59 MP in her Pluto's Staff. Thanks all! Now I better go get me one, lol.
