That's an old video, no? I'm pretty sure I remember that from his TV show some years back. I've watched a lot of cooking shows over the years, and a lot of chefs, but I will watch him over anyone else. He is so smooth, and I always learn a lot watching him. Those omelets both look so good, but I agree that the second one is the preferred one.

I'm trying to think of all the chefs I've seen over the years and I just can't corral them all in my mind. So many, going all the way back to Graham Kerr, The Galloping Gourmet.

Did you have a black and white stripe shirt, a loaf of bread, a red beret, and a pencil thin mustache?
Blue and white stripe.

Also, you really don't see that stereotype. What you do see is that in France you don't drink if you drink less than a bottle of wine a day.

i do not have a sweet tooth, i have a bitter, sour tooth

I'm on Amazon looking at TESO because I'm considering the pre-order and wanted to see if they had it. They do, but not the Imperial version. Anyway, I clicked the link to The Elder Scrolls Anthology because I have not played all the games.

Then I scroll down and, as I scroll, I notice that "Customers Who Bought This Item Also Bought" . . . Velcro Brand Sticky Back Tape?

I don't know how that works, i.e. do a certain number of people have to make that purchase before it gets listed? If so, why are all those people buying velcro strips with their Elder Scrolls Anthology? What am I missing out on?!?!!

I often suspect that algorithm is less honest than you'd think. I bet it's a combination of items they were viewing before being navigated away, items they bought with the items (in the cart), past purchases, etc.

I assume some of them are statistically solid, and others are items they put in from the pool at random, just in case, to remind customers of the big diversity of products they carry.

Mote importantly, who wants to buy TESO? It seems doomed to fail in just about every way to me.

As far as I've seen it's PvP focused but with a talent tree that looks nigh impossible to balance. The graphics look mediocre and in no way able to stand the test of time and a little reading through the thread on it in the general games forum leaves me with an impression of disinteredt and vague annoyance.

I think Fishy liked it.

I really didn't enjoy it. I was usually bored or irritated, never really having fun.

Like other PVP MMOs, it might find a niche market. I don't really expect more than that at this point.

It honestly wasn't. It's happened before so I think it's the mobile site glitching.

I didn't particularly enjoy it. I was okay, I just don't have the seething hatred that seems to be the majority opinion / hivemind echo chamber noise.

It just made me want to play Skyrim where I can mod in all the horrible stuff I want and don't have XxLegolasxX running ahead and opening all the empty urns in the dungeon before I get there.

I can't decide if I want the keyblade or the frog mod more...

I enjoyed the game a lot more the second time around, when I wasn't playing in first person, but that was still at a level where I probably wouldn't play it if it was F2P. I enjoyed it more, but I really hated it the first time. Definitely wouldn't play for a sub and purchase fee.

It's sad, because I DO see some really solid aspects. That skill system (while not perfect), was sexy as hell. I'd love to see more of that stuff in other games. But I don't think it'll work if you're setting things up to be a PVP game.

If I was making a MMO, I'd take a similar skill system, and then make two additional PVP-specific trees. I'm honestly just sort of done with integrated systems that ruin PVE fun for PVP balance purposes.

But I just didn't like the controls, and nothing about the gameplay was grabbing me. The story was more interesting than I expected it to be, but I didn't expect much.

I remember, WAY back when we were still earlier in the Skyrim thread, before ESO was announced, that the common opinion was that an ES MMO would only be okay if they could replicate the ES experience in an MMO format, and just shouldn't be attempted if they weren't committed to that. I definitely still hold to that, and I don't think they went into the design with that mission.

This was the overwhelming feeling I got from people playing the Beta. Ranging from "it's horrible!" to "Meh, it's ok but I'd rather play Skyrim". I'm incredably biased since I really cant stand "realistic" graphics as I think they fail more often than not and quickly feel incredibly dated and as such are an utterly moronic idea for an MMO.
