So I did get myself something fancy for the new year. My old/current headphones broke and weren't that good anyway and these were recommended a lot so yay better sounds.
#3153 Dec 31 2013 at 12:12 PM Rating: Good
Cushy headphones are the best.

Not sure what I'm doing tonight. Maybe going to a pirate party. We'll see I guess.

The cushy part is not my biggest concern in headphones, although it is important. The fact that it's almost all metal and sturdy and has (very) good sound is more important, especially that last one because it wasn't cheap. Smiley: lol

My options are:
1. Go to an acquaintance's party, which will have a lot of people I don't particularly care to see.
2. Go out with my boss (HAHAHAHA, no).
3. Stay home and feel perfectly fine with that decision.

So.

SWTOR!

I'm not social enough to enjoy parties. I prefer just cooking a nice steak, enjoying a couple of glasses of red wine, a bottle of champagne, some beers and a cigar while watching Peter Sellers's "The Party". Good times.

I really like the sound quality of Sennheisers but I've had bad experiences with their plugs breaking easily, it's not fun if your headphones break from your iPod sitting in your pocket while cycling.

The MMO is a must if alcohol is involved. Preferably with ranting in dungeons and poorly planned pulls.

I'll either be at the in-laws or at home, it depends on how sick the little ones are. If at least one of them is still under the weather I'll be at home choosing between Skyrim, Endless Space, and Sims 3.

Lol, TOR, Pokemon, and A Link Between Worlds.

Plus Netflix.

And I'm going to buy new pajamas and sheets. And maybe a bottle of champagne.

It's gonna be a great night.

I'm on my 3rd fancy beer and there's still 80 minutes till midnight. I've also consumed a good €10 ($13.7) in cheese in the past 30 minutes. Life is good right now.

Edit: Diglett, you should get Brooklyn Choucolate Stout and/or Southern Tier 2xStout or their other special stouts (mocha, choklat or if you like really, really sweet creme brulee). Much more fun than champagne. Or if you want the closest thing beer has to champagne get some Gueuze (Cuvee René is widely available and good) but only if you like sour drinks. Any of the above can be drunk from a large wine glass if you're lacking a tulip.

Something interesting: If you start at any given Wikipedia page and click the first link not in brackets or parentheses, you will inevitably end up back at the page for "philosophy".

One of my cats is all scared. He's sitting right near me and looking around him at every sound. The poor thing.

I debated editing "lol" out of the post, because I actually meant it in the laughing context, but then noticed it could be taken the wrong way after posting. Smiley: lol

I got drunk on accident a couple nights ago, so no drinking tonight. Plus I've been having issues eating. Any time I eat, I get really bad indigestion. Like I feel like I'm going to puke. I'm probably just going to stay in tonight and watch tv or play wow.

Accidental drunk is the best drunk!

Tails, I find that the trick to eating is to never stop. Much like drinking, by the way.
