I designed a quark themed T-shirt recently, now just to get enough money to get it printed.
customink.com is where I usually go when I want a shirt made. They've been pretty good.

I use streetshirts. It's good, and no international shipping. I'm still in the UK.

That T-shirt happens to cost £37, though. Too much print or something.
How many colours?

that's crazy expensive for a shirt.

I think I'm going to go buy some t-shirts, I need more. They'll be simple though

Thanks, 39k not a ding.

I don't think it's that expensive all things considering. I mean, yes, it is kind of expensive for a shirt, but it's potentially one of a kind, too, so that's worth a few dineros extra than some mass marketed piece of cloth you can get at a gas station.

3 colours.

Also, I am ******* hungry, there are no clean/empty dishes and the only non-sweet I have is oats, which I would need a dish for.

Smiley: mad

I blame my mum.

Only a thousand more posts and I hit 10K!

My posting rate has picked up too, so I may actually get there.

Probably for the best; my first project was making a set of data people could use to write software. Boring as all whatnot, but looking back I've gotten a lot of mileage out of it, and it's still my most cited paper.
I think in quantum chemistry the easy way to get a paper that's cited a lot is to run a bunch of benchmarks on different methods. Which I did last year, and it was pretty boring.
Is that the stuff you were working on while on the other side of the world? Was wondering how all that turned out?

Thank goodness, I was starting to worry I'd get there before you. Smiley: lol

Only if you don't have alma and gbaji blocked.

Then again, it can still rot your brain. A LOT of scrolling through posts of them just arguing with each other.

It's like some kind of spin on Chinese water torture; just repeat the same 3 threads over and over again until you crack.

I got ill toward the end of it, but having that on my CV definitely helped in getting that ligand field molecular mechanics dev internship this year, so that was good.

The intellectual stuff is awesome though, another part of the great divide between this thread and the tribalism of the asylum. Smiley: rolleyes

There's better opportunities for one liners there than here, though.

Oh, I've been posting in the asylum for ages, it's just that my posting really dropped for the last year in general.

Dutch site so it's the other way 'round with numbers (makes no sense but it is what it is).
