Hockey (field, not ice) players are crazy... It's the finals of the world hockey league now, New Zealand vs The Netherlands and one of the kiwis got a ball to the face in the semi finals 2 days ago and broke his eye socket, he's pissed he isn't allowed to play today...

Oh and the world hockey league is more or less seen as a practice tournament for the world cup in a couple months.

Well, my new job has a lot of downtime so I'll have to remember the password to my account here and log in from work. Maybe venture bravely back to the Asylum and try and up my post count. Then again, maybe I should wait until I get fully acclimated to being a night owl so I am mentally sound first.

Yay for forgetting big words because your brain is only half functional due to lack of sleep.

We'll see how it goes. I don't have much hope as work is quite busy right now, so I won't be able to sit on the forums. I eagerly await lolgaxe's 40K ding.

Like he's going to put effort into that.

Also, Torchlight 2 is awesome. It's made by the same people who made Diablo 2 and that's very noticeable. It's in no way revolutionary or even trying to do anything new but it's so very well made and addictive to play. I picked it up for 5 bucks on a steam sale but even at the 20 it usually costs it's worth it if you like(d) D2.

Idiggory can ignore it as it's story is, well, it doesn't really have a story. Evil badguy from Torchlight 1 destroyed the town (Torchlight), go run after him and kill everything that moves, then kill some more and save the world or something, I dunno. That's basically it and you're done with the story at lvl 50ish. After that you get to buy maps to run through though which is much more entertaining than Diablo's "run the same circle over and over and over" thing. It's probably more difficult than D3 too if you play on Veteran or Elite. Oh and bags are handled in a brilliant way. You always have a pet (ranging from your standard panther or wolf to alpacas and badgers) which can carry stuff for you and you can send them to town to vendor everything and/or pick up scrolls and potions.

I have it and I've never booted it up, because I didn't expect much story. Smiley: lol I played the first one as a test run, but didn't get too far into it.

Gameplay is bloody good though. That's the game's only real selling point but it's a big one.

I lack the dedication to bother with it. It was easier when I posted regularly in the OOT forum.

Edit: Oh, double post... Smiley: lol

Probably has to do with me using my phone as a wifi hotspot and my current limited speed of my phone's internet is comically slow. ZAM and Reddit barely work.

When I first drifted into the OoT it was crazy. It was actually a challenge to keep up with the threads.
