Depends where your personal benchmark is, really. I find it's much easier to exercise more than it is to give up steaks and burgers.

Steaks aren't bad for you by any means. They're actually quite good for you, as long as you eat them in moderation. 4 ounces is one serving, two servings wouldn't be too bad. Just no eating 32 ounce steaks. Burgers are okay as a treat once in a while.
