By "console commands", I meant for the PC. Not sure how to cheat in the console version of the game.
There are commands out there for adding items, adding/removing perks and gaining levels. That's how I stopped myself from re-rolling every other day when I played the game. I'd spawn some Steel Armor (because it looks badass) and reset my perks to fit a "Warrior" build. Once I got bored with that, I'd spawn some unenchanted Nightingale Armor (because it looks badass) and reset my perks for a "Thief" build. And so on.
Yes, it's a lot of commands you have to type in, but it's faster than starting a new character. I mean, it takes less time than the game intro.
