But seriously, that kinda sucks.

Agreed, hope you're feeling better soon fish. Smiley: frown

Thanks, but it was just a moment of weakness. It's passed. I've just been sitting on my *** for most of the break and not working out, which leads to this. It's my own **** fault.

You can actually bring yourself to puking from physical workout without the involvement of beer. It's when you keep pushing yourself harder after your body starts hurting and screaming at you that you should stop.

Sounds like a sh*tty drinking game if it makes you puke.

I've never puked from physical exercise. Not that I'm in good shape or anything, my lungs just give in before my body decides to evacuate the stomach contents. I'll be rolling around on the ground, gasping for air, feeling like someone shot me in the chest with a shotgun (not that I've ever tried it, so take the comparison lightly), coughing up phlegm (wtf kind of a word is that?) and feeling like I'm about to die. Too busy not being able to breathe to trigger the puke thing, I guess.

You're probably just lucky like that. A lot of times people will vomit when they really push themselves for the first time, but there's also a lot of people who don't. I never had from exercise before, but there's a first time for everything, I guess. Like I said, it's my own **** fault.

I'm sure lolgaxe probably has some stories about people in basic training or whatnot collapsing, since army training is way more intense than what I'm doing.
