I want to play wow, but should I buy a high level account or create a new myself?. And I don't have much time invest into the game.

Buying accounts is in violation of the terms you agree to when you install the game. The community here does not support buying/selling accounts or anything that might be in violation of said terms. In other words, we're not going to help you cheat.

You can level to 85 on your own even if you don't have a lot of time to invest in the game, it'll just take a bit longer. The road to 85 is a valuable learning experience, especially if you're new.

I'd bet dollars to donuts that the OP and the guy recommending the account selling website are either the same person, or at least connected in some fashion.
