Hunters no longer use mana. Instead, they use a focus system. You have a small passive focus regen, abilities that spend focus, and abilities that generate it. You're going to be switching between those two groups for optimal output, so you'll have to get use to that. This also means that you'll no longer need to invest in mp5 or intellect gear.
You also have many more pet options. Pets are divided into three trees--Ferocity (DPS), Cunning (DPS/Survivability/CC), and Tenacity (Tank), which corresponds to both their stats and the pet talent tree they have available (yes, you have some ability to spec a pet). The only significant difference between them is what unique buff they bring, all of which are a watered down version of other class' big buffs. You also have way more pet slots than you used to.
