y way of explanation, I'm playing my first mage, now lever 61. I've played mostly solo with an occasional pickup dungeon. I usually have one knapsack devoted entirely to food, drink, health and mana potions and
bandages. I remember reading somewhere about mages providing food during raids, but I never saw it happen. Today in dungeon, another player asked me to set the table, and then for mage food. I have the spell, alright, but how in the heck do you share it, especially in an instance between fights?

Sorry if this is a stupid question. Most things I can puzzle out, but this one eludes me.

I think Ritual of Refreshment is what you're talking about. You don't get that spell until 76 now, and you must have 2 Arcane Dust to cast it.

Now, if you just want to share your typical Conjure Refreshment biscuits or cakes with people, open a trade with them and trade it. It's pretty straight forward. Smiley: smile

That's what I was thinking, but when I'm trotting fast just to keep up with the tanks, there doesn't seem to be much time for trading windows.....

Another time, a player kept asking me to trade him something I'd won, since supposedly I didn't need it. But every time I asked what he wanted, no reply.

Too bad that if you don't want something, rather than destroying it you can't just drop it on the floor and let whoever else wants it grab it. Now, THAT'S one change I'd love to see.

As long as the person asking isn't the healer, you can complete your transaction during a trash pull with little issue.

Or, if it is a healer, just ask the tank to wait a sec.

Or do it at the beginning of the dungeon right when everyone zones in.

Oh the days of having an addon to automatically give people food/water depending on their class before Blizz gave us a table.

Don't forget the summoning 14 at a time.

I can relate. I played a warlock in vanilla, and it wasn't fun making all those damn health stones and distributing them to people.
