Most of the pets that were introduced in 4.2 I really didn't have much interest in. But I did want to tame a few. So far I have tamed Skarr, Karkin and Anthriss(mainly because I saw it and wanted to give it a shot.) I also wanna tame Ban'thalos and Deth'tilok but no luck yet. I've seen Deth'tilok 4 times and have gotten him down to a tameable health percent only to be killed by opposing faction hunters everytime. Just thought it would be fun to see if anyone else was trying at all for the new pets and how it's going?

I have not as my account is frozen atm. But if you wouldn't mind typing up a little guide on how to go about taming these I would love to be able to add a section in the hunter guide, credit going to you of course.
I was leveling a DK for Classy Tauren when a guildy asked how to pull Ban'thalos without dying. Apparently they had a group of 5 trying to kill him. I quickly told them it was a hunter tame and dropped no loot, logged over and flew up there. Nobody around, I used the tree to minimize fall damage, trapped and tamed. Now I need to figure out what to name it. Leaning towards Quoth.
Of course if I USE the guy then I'll need to replace my current spirit beast, the ghost wolf named after a guildy. Not replace in my stables of course, just in my Big 5.
