I am leveling a cat and am starting to once in a while see a piece of gear with a gem slot. I only do solo quests and plan to stay feral as cat all the way. I am thinking str. or agility would be best, but would appreciate some more experienced input. I try EJ but their focus is end game and hard for me to translate.
I love the sneaking that a cat can do. Lots of fun. Not sure what will happen when I try to solo an elite that's a group quest target. We shall see.

Thanks

I'm pretty sure that agility all the way until you can get mastery is a good plan.

Yeah, what Aethien said is right on - agility, stam, crit and mastery are what I tend to focus on (granted I was bear most of the time). As far as I know, feral should pretty much never go for str. Could be wrong.

Agility > Mastery

That's pretty much it. Welcome to the most boring itemization ever.

DPS gearing is mildly more interesting than feral tank itemization...

Both are terrible. Also there is like one drop per slot for raid itemization so it doesn't get better.
