So I have a bear that I am using as a pet. Every now and again after we finish combat the bear goes whizzing off around a corner to kill a critter. Sometimes I get aggro from this and other times it is no big deal and he just comes back to me. Is this working as intended? Has anyone else noticed this?
:/ That doesn't sound right to me. Even if your pet is on aggrssive, he shouldn't be attacking non-red targets.
The only thing I can imagine is that you are somehow affecting the critter with something that puts you on its threat table. Do you have some kind of AoE debuff (especially one that doesn't do damage)?

I know a lot of people having been complaining about that with foxes. I personally haven't had any sort of experience with it though.

Exactly. Demoralizing Roar is hitting the critter, putting the bear in combat with it. Then when the mobs are dead the bear goes chasing after the errant critter. Same thing happens with other pets that have non-damaging AoEs (foxes are especially guilty of this.)
