Im checking out this PVP rogue and yes that may have to be posted in the PVP forum but a lot of things confused me. A lot of possible PVE stuff as well.
I thought Agi was the mother of all stats? Seeing this rogue with fleet shadowspirit diamond (mastery plus minor run speed) plus fleet footed (i thought they didn't stack?). Why not AGI + Crit gem? Mastery? Why?

Enchant cloak Greater Spell piercing? I can remember that poison damage had something to do with spell power (or was it penetration?). Again, why not an AGI / ATK / haste something for PVP ? He has a spell penetration gem as well. Could it have something to do with him having Avalanche on his weapon as enchant? I have no clue.
As a trinket he has Heroic Tia's Grace. A Mastery plus 300 agi trinket??? For 15 seconds? Is he just ******* around? Or maybe he doesn't have a good enough trinket? Not even a PVP escape trinket?
Aaaah i don't get it anymore :S Couldn't find any info on arenajunkies or elitistjerks :/ So i'm asking the oracle himself and the other guru's :P

There isn't any point to it, as far as I can tell. Mastery seems to be one of the most useless stats for rogues in PvP (right above expertise).
Spell pen is just dumb; it doesn't do anything for poison resists AFAIK.
Keep in mind that humans don't need PvP trinkets anymore (as EMFH got changed back to 2 min cooldown), so two DPS trinkets is fine. Not too sure about Tia's Grace, though; I'd be rocking another PvP trinket (i.e. the random 900ish Agi proc).

Which reminds me, Theo. Now that I've practically levelled all of my toons to 85, I'm going to work on my mage on Draka again... so be prepared to have me frolic around the server again.
I see both of you are still playing. I know Noc will die before her subscription ends, but I thought maybe you'd have quit, Theo. I did some reading and saw they nerfed the **** out of Ferals, so I don't see a point in coming back.

Eh, I haven't really been playing as much as I used to. Been too busy with work and school, and I had just recently applied for the police academy, so we'll see how much time I really have then.
I just know my noob self didn't realize they changed Blade Flurry to be a set ability (like a pally's seal - but more to where you can just turn it on and off) instead of a timed one. That just goes to show how much I actually pay attention to the patch notes.

Nah, I'm not quitting. I have two 85s to flip-flop between (rogue and hunter) if I get bored with one or the other. I also have a DK chilling at 80.
Also, Noc as a cop? You can use handcuffs on me anytime.

Alright, I'll come back like that hair on Theo's back. I'm working on downloading/re-installing the game, but I might just roll a troll mage, or something. Can't promise it will be for a super long time, but I'll do my best.

Also, I'm rolling a DK on Noc's realm to have some fun in lower level BGs (aiming at twinking in the 70-74 bracket with some Brutal Glad gear), so say hi to Kórz when you're on, Noc!

I had typed a random post about the whole officer process but this stupid internet at work is lame, so I'm going to just cliffnote my post.
I have to wait 2-7 more weeks until I can find out the next step in the hiring process, so it'll be a while before I'm actually in the academy =P

That's what I have a gob mage! I should see what level she is when I get home. I accepted your friend request when I was on lunch though =).
ETA: So yeah.... I don't have a goblin mage on Draka. I originally did, then transferred her back to Fenris. lol

Oh, the rogue seems fine - I think of a hunter a couple of years ago in full spellpower gear - we were some guys to enter hellfire citadel and group disolved quickly as if the spellpower hunter had the plague.
