I am making a Disc priest ready for level 85 but currently my ideal talent build+glyphs look like this:
My Disc Priest as blizzard have finally done what they've been attempting to do since vanilla and make disc both healing and dps in one nice little package

check the cataclysmic healing priest guide for suggested builds.

One essential change is to max out divine fury. A point could possibly be taken from empowered healing.

few other points to consider:
The usefulness of Strength of Soul depends on your healing style, if you use smite over heal its not so useful.
Pain suppression is a good panic button, though the 5% threat reduction wouldn't be welcomed by any tank.
The smite glyph is great for levelling, but you won't be taking time out to cast holy fire when healing.

So drop Strength of soul for something else? maybe reflective shield? but i don't know about glyphs

It all depends on what you're trying to do here, but for 5-man Heroics there are a few minor changes I would consider.

First, honestly ask yourself how much you use PW:S. With mana returns it's very important to keep up on the tank but how often - honestly - do you blanket it now adays. When I stepped back and look at this myself, I decided to drop Soul Warding.

With that taken out, you can afford to grab Pain Suppression and the last point in Divine Fury.

Remember, though, that it's a personal choice. Other options to take points away from are Evangelism -> Archangel, since your DPS time in Heroics is cut drastically and your effective DPS (and therefor HPS) will rarely reach 3k. Also if you find yourself not using Greater Heal, you can opt out of Train of Thought.

My personal recommendation is to keep exactly what you have, except -2 out of Soul Warding, +1 into Pain Suppression and +1 into Divine Fury. It's going to be personal preference, though.

Reflective shield is a PvP/levelling talent, pointless for 5-mans and raiding. It only affects shields you put on yourself.

The new healing priest guide is really very good, discusses talent builds, glyphs, healing strategy.

I decided i'd go to this because the way i plan on doing it is spamming smight to 5 stacks popping archangel then healing till the buff wears off... then rinse and repeat
