Is it me. But seems when I use my Fox. after it kills the mob. It will go after a critter. I can not use fox in dungoens run since it will chase critter in another group of Mobs.
Anyone else had this problem?

What's probably happening is that tailspin is hitting the critter and when all the other mobs are dead it goes after the critter because it's technically in combat with it.

This. AoE hits critters, and pets don't have damaging AoE anymore...
I have the same problem with my bear sometimes. Demoralizing Roar would hit nearby critters and my pet would go running off after it. Very annoying.
I usually just recall manually, but I believe that turning your pet to Passive fixes it too.

Ahh, I forgot that foxes have an AoE.
I think I'm the only hunter on my server that doesn't use one. <.<
I use a tiger atm, and just about every hunter I've come across uses a cat too because cats > the rest as far as dps goes atm.
Still, I really don't like the way cats look (Spirit beasts, foxes and "undead" pets share that dislike and get some extra's on top of it)

I'm not generally a big fan of cats, but I'm looking forward to being able to use my lynx. I have him leveled up and everything, but so far I've only had one dungeon group where the tank wasn't terrible enough to make me bring out my shale spider and hover my cursor over Taunt.
Thank you for answering. I Guess fox pet is out for the most part. I stick with monkey and cat for now.

On big disappointment is I can't use my put a point in every talent tree rotation spec anymore :(
I haven't even played my hunter yet, trying to gear up takes so much time.

I wish I could find the new ghost wolf! I have no luck finding rare spawns. Well not now that I want them, I killed Skoll like 3-4 times.

cool. I'm sort of sad that I'm not as unique anymore, but I'll get over it. I guess at least mine can be used by any spec.
