It is, but I looked up the DK in question, and he's actually frost.
That fact almost made me want to level my DK as frost....Almost.
Eh, I dunno. It's going to take more than two Boomkins in the top three DPS to convince me that they're OP. There might be some gear discrepency there or something, it's hard to say just by looking at a dps meter. I consistently see DK's at the top of DPS meters in heroics and my raid group though. They're the OP ones. :-p
Elite guilds like that switch specs almost every fight, so don't assume he was frost spec in that battle just because you see a frost spec on armory.

Oh it's definitely cool. I can't wait until I'm geared up enough to do 26k dps. Right now I'll have to settle for my measley 14k raid dps.

My Hunter does 14k in 5-mans.
At level 84.
Okay, so Survival is imbalanced and getting nerfed, but still. It's ridiculous how every other class I've played as DPS has been better than my heroic geared Druid. It feels like Ghostcrawler has a firm grip on my nuts and has that gleam in his eyes, as if he's about to twist.
Here's hoping classes get balanced at some point.

If you watch the Sinestra vid you will note that for a good chunk of time the raid gets a huge haste buff.

Reminds me of that dragon boss in Vortex Pinnacle.
Did one where I had the buff on me throughout the entire fight and pulled 16k DPS. At level 82. Did 58% of the total damage done to that guy.

I've had to stay downwind the whole fight before with my baby DK, that made me sad.

I managed 21k on Halfus Wyrmbreaker last night - and still came 4th on DPS! Mind you, we had 2 drakes and the boss together, so other classes were getting the benefit of splash damage & probably multi-dotting too. It was one of the tougher combinations of drakes we've had - shadownova, mortalstrike & the one that increases his attack speed and damage.
Unfortunately, the polearm didn't drop for me :(
