enchant question :: World of Warcraft

Im an arc mage - I have frozen bonespike ( 1 hand ) - with balck magic enchant.

Is that still a good enchant due to the changes? If not is there a better one anyone can recommned - thanks so much.

The main debate is between +63 spellpower and black magic. Both will give you about the same benefit overall. If you want to cut more haste off of your character grab the +63. I will be sticking with black magic to switch between fire and arcane.

Thanks so much for responding:

I guess my thinking was - Am I better losing the haste and gaining the SP since managing my mana pool is critical through the different stages.I think I'll follow your lead - since I do that alot anyway - and remian with black magic.

You can still gem SP on live? O.o
Man I wish I had money, I'd like to see the bastardisation of 3.x and beta that they're calling live right now.

You gem int now, though SP may remain as the enchant.

Ahh, ok. I'm pretty sure one of the 85 enchants for weapons still gives spellpower on a proc, but to my best recollection, all of the other chants have moved to int.
Again, beta, not live, but it's something to expect.
