Not sure what they mean about not being slotted. I have fireball and frostfire bolt slotted. One isn't in the prime slot (forget which one), it's in the major slot. I don't know if this affects the glyph or not, tho I suspect it does. Wasn't really paying much attention to glyphs because they were hard to get before the vendors came out. They should have put the vendors up sooner, imo. There was absolutely nothing I could do to get ahold of any before then, and /2 was full of 'lf inscriptor make mage glyphs, paying 10k' and stuff like that.

I believe that's the problem, most were classified as majors instead of primes making them unusable.

In the same thread, the blue also says that these prime glyphs can still be slotted as a major.

I believe Blizz feels fixing this issue is a priority. But I can't believe that "priority" means much right now, with the upcoming cata launch.

Looks like Blizz took a big arcane ***** all over mages.

i renig on what I said earlier, now we can use pretty much all of the glyphs we would want to for the time being.

Also, ran a 25man ToC (normal) for the hell of it (not fully glyphed) and was doing about 12-14k dps per fight w/o many addons to help out that I am used to (and a makeshift UI).
