question about felhunter questFollow

i dont know whats goin on im lvl 80 lock cant find quest to get felhunter i looked it up every place i have been told to go ...i go an guy dont have a quest for me i dunno y .....i cant even get quest to go see strahad farsan no lock trainer has quest nor does npc's around him my carbonite even shows where to go an still guy dont have quest for me to start chain for felhunter an what sux is im affliction usin imp or stupid viodwalker if any1 knows whats up or can help my i would apreciate it tyvm

THE best suggestion i can give if you have tried talking to the guy in ratchet and remembering it is a low level quest so he will not show the exclamation mark is open a ticket and politely ask a GM why you cannot obtain the quest .

I fully believe that asking a GM is the best way in answering your question.
