Hi there Azilmak,

When I checked your armory you had your Ret gear on so can't really critique your gear. Your current build for Prot (53/18) is fine for threat but you might want to look at fixing up your glyphs. Replace the Seal of Command glyph with either the Holy Wrath or Seal of Vengeance (+10 expertise) glyphs. Either of these will increase you threat potential (Holy Wrath obviously only with undead and demon mobs of course).

When you say you have threat issues are you talking about specific boss fights, trash or just when running heroics? Specifically what heroics if this is the problem as some of the ICC 5mans (Forge of Souls especially) can have tricky trash pulls. Are the dps in your groups overgearing you? Are you switching seals when you have boss fights or just using Seal of Command for everything? What is your hit and expertise rating?

On boss fights are you following a 969 rotation to optimize your threat production? Are you prioritizing certain aoe spells first for when facing trash groups initially?

I find that using Seal of Command when tanking heroics removes pretty much all threat problems.

Unless you are planning on crafting one of the ICC Blacksmith tank pieces (pants or boots) you won't need those defense gems. If you want socket bonuses use hit/stam (green) or straight hit (yellow) for your yellow sockets till you hit about 220-230 (your a draenei so you dont need as much hit as other races). Should help bump up your snap threat in heroics too.
