Okay so I am trying to increase my dps. I am usually doing between 3.5-4k dps and I want to get it up. I have a 33% crit rate and my CS and DS usually crit around 3k, Judge hits around 2-3k, and my hammer hits 5-7k. I dont know if it's just me, but that seems really low and I'm wondering if that has a big effect or not.
My rotation is judge-CS-DS-Exorcise-Hammer, but I often have to wait between cooldowns, just wondering if that is normal or if that I am doing something wrong. My gearscore is 5040.
Here's my armory, any help you guys could give me is greatly appreciated.

Dont have a rotation, have a priority list.
Judgement, Crusader Strike, Divine Storm, Exorcism. Hammer is top when it is usable. Use a spare GCD to drop a consecrate.
Another important question is what Seal you are using. Use Command for trash and Vengeance/Corruption for bosses.
You are wearing a few pvp items, swap them as soon as you can for PvE gear.
Im not sure what the current top Glyphs are, but im fairly certain it isnt your setup

I use the right seals for the occasion, but I suppose my primary question now is with my crits. With my bread and butter spells I don't often crit above 4k and I get higher crits from my death knight that isn't geared nearly as well. Maybe it's just me and it's because of my gear level but I feel like I should be critting higher.

There isn't a set rotation, its a priority list as others have pointed out. Generally for t9 gear level Judge>CS/(HoW when available)>DS>Cons>Exo. Once you move into t10 2pc DS becomes 2nd priority.
Glyphs for PvE are Cons, Judgement, and Seal of veng/Cor(unless you have 26expertise on gear) then use Exorcism and sub in Holy Wrath when you need to help interrupters.
You're missing several PvE enchants and you have 2 blue gems. Generally only gem Str and 1 Nightmare tear to activate your meta. Never gem expertise as you're over the softcap now with the glyh of Seal of Veng.
Also your spec is odd, its not a real PvP spec and its not a good PvE spec either. General PvE spec is 11/5/55 where you pickup Aura Mastery in the Holy tree.
