Yeah, I used to love burst when I was doing 2v2s for a bit, HF-MB-Offensive penance-SWD was my favourite pressure combo. Got a bit busy raiding after that which is a shame because it was pretty fun for a while.

Got The Turkinator tonight. And it was borderline painful. I got to 30+ twice before the buff wore off.

I finally got my 4pc T-9. I was holding out on the last piece for a trophy drop for the 245 version. I had lost out on an earlier roll to a last minute replacement on a trinket and was rolling my normal 4-23 range all night.

After downing Anub, the trophy roll came along and I closed my eyes and clicked my "roll" button. When I opened my eyes, a "100" was staring back at me. I was shocked, to say the least.

Got my 3rd engineer to 450 last night, and verified that I can use Nitro Boosts in tree form. This morning, I got his Jeeves. As my next larger goal, a second Traveler's Tundra Mammoth sounds nice.

I am not much of a holiday achievement *****, but when I noticed that the title for Bounty was "Pilgrim", I knew I had to do it.

<3 John Wayne

Me Pilgrim, too! I'm just sad you can't send the turkeys to other toons. I have a few alts that need to level their cooking.

I got the Argent Confessor accomplishment last night. Not sure what it has to do with green bars though.

Actually with the grids addon it is colored corners, borders and names.

Oh and got Sinners Confession leaving me with only one blue item left to replace (trinket).

Hey you, standing in the isles, with itchy feet and fading smiles. Can you feel me?

Your post has no Pink Floyd quote. Smiley: mad

Gratz though

I got my PVP trinket (Titan-Forged Rune of Audacity, I fail at epic linkage) and have actually been doing PVP and living longer! I have got the full Frostsavage set plus Crimson Snow Cloak, Sky Sapphire Amulet and Runed Mana Bands. It is amazing how much difference the resilience makes (I have 501 now with my gear and enchants) My newly tweaked spec is lovely as well so thanks to all who advised me on gear/spec etc. I dedicate a little of my first Priestly PVP Epic item to you all (but please don't take my spellpower from it, I still cry when I look at how low it is now compared to being in my raid gear)

Just for Aethien so he won't be mean to me...

I'm not sure whether I should put this here or over at the DK forums, but I did over 3K DPS for the first time when we did an altling run to Ulduar tonight. I guess having a proper DPS spec helps (I've only ever DPSed in PvP or tanking spec), but it was still thrilling.

Also, I've lost all respect for tanks and DPS on Kologarn >.> As a priest you spend that fight chaincasting - as a Death Knight you just stand around and blow your rotation. Sometimes you get grabbed which means you can sit back for a couple of seconds. Heck, that fight is *easier* than a target dummy if you're a melee DPS or tank.

Grats on your trinket, Ysabellstohelit. Smiley: yippee (Short, shameful confession: I can't actually spell Ysabellstohelit, I copied and pasted it.) I hear you on the spellpower sadness. If it makes you feel any better, I ditched the Titan-Forged Rune in favor of the honor one for the extra resilience, so I lost an extra 100 right there.Smiley: oyvey

I'm not much on playing dps characters, although I have a few. My son just hit 80 on his Shaman and wants to heal, so I put my second spec back to Shadow for when I'm not needed as a healer. It's been fun. I still have a few pieces of hit gear, so I've gotten that up to cap. While doing dps, it's still extremely useful to be capable of throwing a shield or backup heal to prevent a wipe.

I've worked PW:Shield/SW:Death into my dps rotation (the shield keeping me from killing myself), as well as my engineering Rockets for my gloves. I don't expect to set any dps records, but it's fun. I really love playing my priest. Maybe I'll just save my druid for bear tanking when there is a need.

Got Enlightenment heroic version and threw in 3x23 spellpower on it. Killed Anub with 47 attempts left, no back but I got a trophy! One more trophy (and jaraxxus legs) and I'll be mostly decked out in 245. Yay!

Indications point to a release of patch 3.3 next week. A priest willing to try the new random dungeon LFG tool could load up on all the Emblems of Triumph he could carry. That's a tremendous upgrade opportunity for anyone having a few hours available.
