The only time I run is after a lacrosse ball.
Or with my girlfriend. She's an awesome runner, though, and while I can hold my own, I get bored and usually end up running behind her, staring at her ***.
Edit: and I could probably exercise more, but I feel like 30-45 mins a day every day is pretty good. I'm also still right at 168 lbs (and I've dropped from a 32" waist to a 29" waist in nine months). Edited, Apr 24th 2013 11:29am by Theophany
