Since I don't really give a @#%^ about Breaking Bad (tried to watch it but didn't like it much), I'm going to go ahead and talk about music instead.
The older I get, the more my musical tastes seem to start overlapping with my dad's taste in music. I'm listening to Harry Nilsson at the moment and goddamn is Salmon Falls a good song.

It's a program for a few months long festival and I cut out all the pointless bullsh*t in their text. I'm just amazed that nobody seemed to have realized that this would never ever fit. There's this whole pack of paper that's gone through a dozen or more hands and nobody managed to figure out that maybe, just maybe, this was a bit too much text.

We have certain institutional clients (insurance companies) with certain adjusters who insist on having reports in a certain format. So, I'll send off a report with my analysis and recommendations, and I then get an email saying that it has been a while since "we got a pretrial report" (or pretrial analysis, or whatever that particular company calls its format).

It's funny looking through old posts. I stumbled across a thread I made back in '08. Theo's in it! 
It also made me realize I have almost no recollection of what has been going on for the last 5-8 years. Can't recognize some of the posts at all, but a few stand out once I read them again. Also, my posting style made a weird jump from '08 to '09. At first I was polite and stuff, but then I started getting angry. Real angry. Man. Oh, I was angry before I became polite, but it was a different kind of angry (I'm working my way back through my posts). I was arrogant and presumptuous, then I became polite and helpful and then angry with a hint of that "I've seen things you wouldn't believe, kid" attitude we all have nowadays.
I was also better at being funny back then. I'm giggling at my own jokes... not cool.
Oh, and one thing that deserves a +1 is this:
Also, I was pretty good at making lots of threads. Damn.
Oh god, 2005... *cringe* Time to go to bed, anyway.

Someone in one of my classes actually did a paper on the economic benefits of legalizing gay marriage.

Ok, one thing I really hate about Assassin's Creed: The puzzles in dark, unlit cavers where everything is the same colour gray.
@#%^ that sh*t, ok? @#%^ that. Puzzles aren't any fun if half the time you either have to know where you're supposed to go or you're just guessing based on where the game points your camera.
Oh and everything is timed. So if you spent more than a couple seconds checking if you're actually going the right way or not, you might as well start over.

In regards to the bakery, what I think is most funny is their response to this via facebook. I went to their page and posted a politely worded comment about how it is illegal for businesses to discriminate against minorities in Oregon ('cause it is), and how the public outcry would be much higher if they refused to make a wedding cake for a multiracial couple. They blocked me. Apparently they are deleting any negative comments and blocking people who make them. According to their Yelp page, I am not the only person who has that experience. If I had been rude or used derogatory language, I could understand them blocking me. I think they took a page out of Applebee's HR handbook... They're getting a lot of backlash over how they're handling things on their facebook page right now too. Only for them it's about the waitress they fired for posting that receipt on reddit.

We have certain institutional clients (insurance companies) with certain adjusters who insist on having reports in a certain format. So, I'll send off a report with my analysis and recommendations, and I then get an email saying that it has been a while since "we got a pretrial report" (or pretrial analysis, or whatever that particular company calls its format).
