They all look different to some degree. I could sort them into broad categories easily, but distinguishing some of the similar ones was a bit more difficult. Oddly enough the one I thought I was having the hardest time on (red-orange) I actually scored the best on. I think I could have done better if I had taken more time with it, (a couple of times I was like "meh, close enough" and moved on. Still there was no way I was scoring 0 with as close as some of those colors appeared to me.
Okay, took more time that time. Got 11, those green-blue through blue-purple give me a headache though.
Ok, those are all really similar and I'm kinda surprised I did that well there...

I probably could have done better, but I couldn't be bothered. The whole thing took me about 3-4 minutes.
Then again, I'm really picky about colors. My ex would say, "oh hey, we're matching!" and I'd be like, "nope, your grey shirt is a few shades darker than mine and your jeans have a lighter wash," which pissed her off to no end.

I thought it referred to, essentially, the color of the jeans, with "wash" being used in place of the word color. So, dark wash = dark blue jeans.

I can't remember which was I found "worst", they were all fairly easy for me. That said, I do regularly calibrate my monitor and I can see how a monitor where the colours are off would make it a lot more complicated.

Denim is basically two color threads woven together. The lower thread is typically white (or very close to it) and the top color is indigo. Raw denim will have very little to no fading, and the indigo color will be almost black in color (and is very expensive in most cases).
Washed denim will be pre-faded. Most jeans are washed thoroughly to produce a faded look.
And yeah, I guess you could call me metro. I prefer to think of myself as fashion-conscious. I don't go for wild fashions (like rolled cuffs, which is stupid and a fad), but I stick to the basics and make sure my clothes fit well.

Nope, the opposite. Lighter wash means that the jeans were washed more before they were sold, making them lighter in color.
Most of my jeans are very very dark wash, because I like the fade that they get through wearing (the wallet and iPhone fades on my front pockets are awesome).
And because dark jeans are much easier to dress up while still remaining casual.

I'd go with "that's what she wanted to wear" and hope it sufficed. I dunno, girls fashion stuff though. I'm not very reliable beyond "this goes well with blue jeans," I like to think I have decent taste judging what others have chosen to wear, but putting together an outfit myself is an entirely different matter.

It was actually on the main Dutch news site because it's apparently a youtube hit or something. I have to admit that it's pretty funny as far as commercials go.
"Even Apeldoorn bellen"/"Just call us" still has some of the greatest commercials ever though.
Pretty much all of them are somewhat sadistic in nature though.

I think I have a pair of sh*tty dark jeans, because even after repeated washings, they still bleed. If I have lotion on my hands, even if it's dried, and I touch the jeans, I get blue marks on them... it's really irritating. And they weren't cheap either, they're Lee jeans which normally go for about $50 a pair. I got them on sale at work for about $30.

Flying Dog's Raging Bitch is a pretty good beer. It also doesn't have anything to do with Belgian IPA's, no matter what the label claims. I'm fairly sure it's either Amarillo or Challenger hops in there and neither of those have anything to do with Belgium.
Still, it's cool to see that my local backwater bottle shop is stocking these now. Ever since I've started shopping there the owner's added a bunch of Dutch craft beers and he's now starting to stock American craft beers as well. It's pretty funny how whenever I come in he starts telling me about the new beers he's ordered and asking my opinion on other beers available to him.

So I'm sitting with my feet up on my desk playing a random game on my cell phone when this pigeon just slams into my office window. I mean full on BANG straight into it making me jump. I'm not sure what anyone else's reaction to a situation like that is (besides the jumping. I don't care who you are, you jump when something loudly slams into a window to an office on the fifth floor.), but mine was "God is playing Angry Birds!" which immediately followed by "God thinks I'm a pig!"

$50 is a cheap pair of jeans to me.
My jeans are about $180 a pair if I buy them full retail (I buy them at an outlet mall, so it's $180 for two pair). The fit and wash is worth the extra money.
