This is like the Onion, just Pakistani.

Also, this is actually a serious site. They don't even let people comment without moderation before the comment shows up. The thing on the front page should mean something to Æth, actually.

This is the president of the soccer team I support.
He is hilarious.
This is the ex-president. Such a change of pace...

I saw the articles there. I`m pretty sure that site is sarcastic. That or the apocalipse already happened.`

Wiki says it`s satirical.

Good catch, could have fooled me. Smiley: grin

He looks like a moron, you mean?
We had to go to justice to get him out of there. He was frauding (is that a verb?) the election. It was proved that there were dead people voting and what not.
Still, he is out of jail. Justice here is sooooooo freacking slow. Pisses me off.

Yeah, the bolded part is why I thought it might be for real. I assumed that the more silly comments were made by the "liberal infiltrators" the author mentioned in their post. Besides, a good satire doesn't make it completely obvious that it's a satire. I think it took me 2 or 3 episodes of the Colbert Report before I realized that it was a satire as well.

No Horse, I don't want to buy any farm land in a desert... I'm not THAT gullible. Smiley: tongue

Want to buy some prime farm land in desert?

*Ahem* I can SELL you some farmland in the desert. It is used to grow Green Chile, Tobacco, Cotton, and Onion. There's 4 acres, including alfalfa and grass grazing land for the cattle.
There's a nice 5 bedroom farmhouse, a covered stall for the horses, and an advanced irrigation system which utilises ground water and the pressurised city water system.
On it is 1/3 acre of Pecan trees, yielding pounds of pounds of pecans every year.

Sorry, growing up in a HUGE farming community in the middle of the 'desert' makes one rather defensive of said farming community. I'll also have you note that our chiles are bought world wide, and until this year, there were even companies lying and saying they were selling New Mexico chile when they weren't. People pay $100+ for a 10lb bag of the stuff when they ship it (we pay around $20 for a 30lb bag).

I loved that trailer. :P I really hope TOR is good.

And I really hope that they give the Jedi Knight that lightsaber throw ability for tanking. :D

Is suspicious because they have thus far refused to actually demonstrate gameplay for the public at large.

Bioware can make a good cutscene, now let's see how it actually fares at playing it.

??? There's quite a bit of gameplay footage available, actually. And there were playable demos at E3.

I hate mosquitoes. I'm itching all over.

Has anyone played Assassins Creed on playstation 3? If so, is it any good?
I was thinking of getting it, it seems interesting.

AC1 was fun, but nothing special.

AC2 and ACB are both awesome games.

So I'm trying to take advantage of Netflix's anime selection, but the fact that almost all of it is in English is really irritating me...

I should never have started watching subbed anime. Everything else just seems unacceptable now.

Netflix doesn't come Dual Audio? That's kind of lame.

I just bittorrent.

If it does, I haven't found the place to change it. Death Note is, at least, in Japanese. Which is good, because the DN dub might actually be one of the worst in existence... Not that I actually intend to rewatch the series (okay, now that I'm typing this I kinda want to... up until episode 25). But it's good to know that they are giving their customers the version that was actually enjoyable. :P

Smiley: dubious

I know what you mean, you're referring to the gameplay, but Assassin's Creed was a pretty revolutionizing game in many areas. The graphics, the scale, the historical accuracy as well as, heh, the gameplay. Sure, riding around on a horse with a bow and arrow got boring in the long run, as did killing a million soldiers in one-on-one combat, but the game in its entirety was EPIC.

Also, Ezio is badass, but he's got nothing on Altaïr. The only reason I'd give AC2 and ACB more credit is because I've learned a lot of Italian foul language through those games. Being able to cuss at large, bald men with tattoos in Italian prevents oneself from dying an early death. Figlio d'un cane!

I guess I'm kind of lucky in the sense that I started watching anime with subtitles, and then later on as I tried to introduce it to my sister and other friends they complained so I got used to watching it dubbed. Now I don't mind watching anime dubbed, as long as it's not really bad. Like Inuyasha bad... *shivers*

Also Digg... Queen's Blade!!! You know you want to!

Well I just had a fun afternoon. Spent about 3 hours waiting in the urgent care clinic in town with my mom... she had a really bad flare up of diverticulitis and naturally today they only had one doctor staffing the urgent care clinic. I played Plants vs. Zombies on my phone.

Just watched Paprika again after finding out about Satoshi's death last year. Can't believe I didn't read about this until now.

I love that movie so much.

Brisin, since I know you Fraps your raids, I have a question: Does Fraps always record gameplay in segments for you, and is there a way to stop it doing this and force it to capture a whole game at one time?

4gb each segment. I know of no way to avoid that. But if you have something like Sony Vegas, shouldnt be a problem. All you need to do is start a project, put all the videos there and make a group.
But, no, I know of no way to stop that.

Still about Assassin's Creed...
How long did it take for you to complete the game?
And are the things to do besides the main storyline?
