I went to bed an noon yesterday, and woke up at about 10 pm last night, so I've only been up about five and a half hours, and I'm bored as all hell.

It sucks only having friends in a timezone that's 5 hours ahead of you :(

Could be worse Rio, you could live on the West coast instead, and all your friends would be 8 hours ahead of you instead of just five. =x

I really love Tuesdays... it's the night of the kink open house parties. Got caned tonight by the older gentleman who hosts said parties. I'd been caned once before, but this guy has been doing it for many years, and he knows his ****. Welts are fun. ^_^ So is sitting on your wooden toilet seat and wincing.

So Tails is a good short name for you after all...

If we had moved to the west coast, I would have gone home by now. At least just now I can talk to my friends for a couple hours a day, if they're not being console fanboys.

Timezones do suck. :/ Two of my best friends spend the majority of their year 6 hours behind me, in HI. They get pissed when I text them before 4PM (here).

Speaking of WoW ... why do you guys call damage dealers DPS? You just not realize how stupid it sounds?

"What type of jobs do you generally play?"
"A DPS!"
"A ... a damage per second?"

Same reason people say "I lol'd" ... I laugh(ing) out loud'd.

Acronyms take on new meanings and become words, like radar and aids.

So my class was canceled today. I'm torn between what to do now. I slept like crap, so I could try to go back to sleep. But I've already had a lot of caffeine--it might be wise to let that wear off before snoozing...

Trust me, it's way better in the PC. I had it for the PC and, man, what a game!

This much time after my last post, I realize just how easily I'm distracted by cartoons.

If you are distracted by comics, you should stay away from this thread.

I suppose it would fit, but I reserve the right to not know you're talking to me when you use it.

I'm easily distracted by comic books as well. Particularly Spider-Man, and to a (and only slightly) lesser extent Deadpool. Although, I have been enjoying X-Factor since after the M Day event, its probably one of the stronger books being released currently.

I collect Marvel comics. Think i'm up to about 4000 or so by now and only about 2 months behind in reading them. The only problem I have with Deadpool is his issue #'s suddenly jumping to 900 and now counting backwards! That really doesn't make it easy to catalog!

Not that difficult. Deadpool #900 is an annual and isn't really in canon. After that it splits in to two separate books, the self titled "main storyline" and a "Deadpool Team-ups" side stories. The Team-ups are kind of hit or miss, but with more hits. Its a shame that book got canceled recently, though.

There's also a Deadpool Corps book that I wasn't particularly fond of. The "Merc with a Mouth" book was a fun read, though.

Man I want to play Mafia 2 sooo bad.

I played the first one back in the day when it was released and absolutely loved it.
I'm surprised that it got so little attention as it did, it was a really great game.

I played a bit of mafia 2 at my friends house on last weekend while visiting my old hometown, and I'm hooked now. It looked so awesome.

I've played 1 & 2 - both were really enjoyable and let you get into the atmosphere nicely. There was a bit too much driving in 2 for my like, but still enjoyable.
