I wish I could get a better 2 hander though been stuck with Ironsoul for months due to horrible RNG and greedy guildies out rolling me. ><

Downed Ony 25 last night and 25 man Champs this week. No Ax or sword dropped. QQ

That's really incredible. There are only one of those on my server, and i think a priest has it. I kinda assume the bubble proc works really well with massive holy light crits.

In ret news, i got a few incredible ToC 25 upgrades and my T9 2-pc bonus and i'm doing well over 7k dps in ideal single target boss conditions. The best part is, i'm the star dps of a regular pug that clears it each week, so i get a guaranteed place i wouldn't normally have (my guild is too small). And getting to dps is a fun change from main tanking 10 man.

hit 39k hp unbuffed when I upgraded my bracers, thinking of swapping my str/stam gems to agil/stam.

I ran heroic toc 3 times and i've gotten 7 items out of it. Yes I set up my group with no other plate classes, No I don't feel bad about that.


Love being OP... I had about a 1600 gearscore with blues and greens a mix-match of cloth and leather from reg toc and came in #2 on healing for 25 voa (in before 25voa is srs business)

It felt good to shut up all the "gear score achivment linking" !#%!# tards that are on my server.

I'm not amazing by any means, but if you can stay alive and know when a big hit is going to land you can do well.

Still have a green shield :(

My tanking set is coming along nicely, about 480 def so still some to go...

Was a good weekend I finally have not one but two weapons that dont suck!

Then Aesirs dropped while we were doing some hard mode achieves in Uld on Sunday!

Sure neither of them are i245 but I was stuck with a i219 for way to long so I am stoked. Plan to use the Aesirs for corruption time and abuse the awesome expertise on the Keen Obsid for command and trash time.

Got into a TOGC10 pug with some people I'd run with before...one-shotted everything but Anub...got him to 3% on our 5th attempt and thusly only got 44 attemts remaining. But I did get a shiny new wep http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Medivh&n=Klens

Not much of an accomplishment but we got mad skill on 10 man on the last attempt with 3 people alive

Needs some work before insanity but I feel confident we can get madskill again (we had 3 wipes on beasts and 2 on anub)

Well might as well post in here now that I've got a pally.

Level 28 now and been pvping my ass off.

So far I've gotten both Ironman and wrecking ball. 2400 hp buffed in bgs is pretty pro.

Did an interesting ICC 25 man pug and i won this sexy axe

It's.....amazing. The proc accounts for about 10% of my total damage and has no internal cooldown.

Get rid of that Needle encrusted Scorp trink. Pony up for a DMC: G. Replace your t8 with triumph T9. Get rid of that blue ring. Grind some ICC rep on trash groups and pick up the Ashen ring at freindly. Also put Berserking on that weapon.

Download CLCret rotation helper at Curse. You might think your rotation priorities are tight until you try it. My deeps went up when I did.

Just a couple observations. The rest will come with time and gear.

Make it smaller and put it right near your feet. Thats also where your primary abilities bar should be. Somewhere centered so your eyes stay focused on the action. :)

How many alts do you have at 80? Start running the daily random on them and try and squeeze in the weekly raid when it's an easy one too. Collect 23 frost. Buy Primordial Saronite. Sell for 2-3k depending on your server. Profit. :)

So, I've made some progress in ICC25 on my new server with this nice guild I found on the day I moved there.

Got as far as Saurfang and got him down to 15% on our fourth and best try before he enraged. And mind you we don't have the best geared players, even our GM was surprised we made it that far. :)

Oh, and I got Bryntroll from Marrowgar. A decent upgrade from the Tyrannical Beheader from PoS, don't you think. :P

Well it is not much but I just got my Pally to be the highest level character i have ever played on WoW 68. Its been a long hard trip, but i have finally made it.

In a successful two weeks I have obtained 3 drops from ICC25, the rep ring, emblem trinket and the Battered Hilt, has brought my unbuffed spellpower up to a very respectable 3180. Now saving saronites for the crafted legs, only 6 more to go.

yay for blood queen down...now just the last 4 harder hard modes to go

They can be considered Cataclysm related in that you were level 85!

Personally I love soloing old content, makes me feel all high and mighty ESPECIALLY when the boss is all boastful then I kill him in like 10 seconds without a scratch on me. Also I find it funny that I do more dps now by myself than most 40-man raids from Vanilla, and probably more than most 10-mans of BC.

Grats on fiery steed btw. I don't know how many times I killed that guy and never saw it drop.

Gratz Ebany (and ty actually for the necro, I liked this thread) on your fiery horse :) Been trying to farm it myself, no luck yet. Saw it twice when Kara was current content, and lost both times :( 8 away from a Dragonhawk.

My guild has been slow to start raid content, but we had our first kills Thursday night! Knocked out Argaloth (sp?) in 3 attempts, then went off to the Conclave of Wind. First night trying them, and on the last attempt before calling it a night, we got a kill! Was really sloppy having only 3 people still alive and seconds before the first guy came back to life, but that made it all the more exciting :D Also got me a shiny epic sword off some trash in Bastion last week.

EDIT: instead of making a new post, I figured I'd just append this one. We had to wait a while for one of our raid members so did some Bastion trash farming, but shortly after he logged in, we took on Halfus. Was a fun fight, and didn't take us long to get our strategy down, and we got a kill! Feeling really good to finally be under way in raid progression this expansion :) Hopefully we'll be able to repeat this week and maybe get a new boss or 2 down as well.

Sup Pallies! I logged into WoW for the first time in two months this weekend, threw on my tank set and pugged H SFK lol. Felt good. Looking forward to seeing what my Ret DPS is in raid now since I haven't played since before last patch.

I tried it on the target dummy and it felt a bit slow but thats ok becuase I was playing a rogue in Rift which is spammy as hell so a slow rotation will be nice again.

Gratz Viidred! My guild is working on Nef right now, 15% is our best attempt so far. We just need to iron out a healer death and losing the add tank during phase 3. So, hopefully I'll be joining you as a proud bearer of said title very soon :D
