2 things i've been somewhat excited about lately. my guild is a mostly 10 maann guild that has been working on building our 25 man raiding abilities for a little while. recently guildox.com (the site I refer to for guild progression) added a feature to rate 10 man guilds specifically. it excludes guilds that have more than 9 25 man raid 'points'. our guild since they started that has been comfortably the #1 rated 10 man guild on our server. so that's been pretty exciting.
for the last couple weeks we've only been able to get 18-20 guildies on for any of our 25 man raids. this week we had 23 guildies + 2 friends to finally (really far behind I know) kill 25 man Malygos. that was exciting. then the next day we had 25 online for 25 man Ulduar for the first time. last couple weeks FL and razorscale have been as much as we could 20 man. ignis and XT we just didn't seem to be able to get. this week with all 25 on we managed to down both and get our heroic: seige of ulduar cheeve. downside is we're not the top 10 man guild anymore cause that bumped us to 25 man status according to guildox. but its great to be making progress even it its late and slow.
worst part was I was there on my healer pally so my main didn't get the cheeve lol. oh well, next week.

I charge in, and while the rogue is in another window looking up strategies to defeat him, we stomp a mudhole in him and he dies. Got my 4-piece T8. Respecced for Divine Guardian. Gonna be trying it out in the second half of Ulduar Thursday.

After not playing her for a while, got my pally to 50 and forked out 1000g for dual spec (ret/prot).
Changed my off spec from Holy to Ret to solo faster.
I'll probably go Holy again when I gear up a ways.

Finally decided to get serious about picking up an arena weapon, found a new partner (feral druid) and hit 1850 as prot healadin spec. Right now feral is using black ice from 10 man malygos, so when he gets the points (1-2 weeks) for his furious with berskerking he'll just be able to pump so much more pressure out. Our MMR has been 1950-2050 since we started the team from scratch, so we still have room to improve, and that's with his 201dps weapon with 85 attack power. Once he gets 232dps with zerking we'll see how high we can push.
edit - hit 2115 last night, and joined a 3v3 team with a really good DK on my server. Joined a PVP guild where all our servers top PVPers hang out (lol we're a pretty bad server though).

Spec'd Prot ~3 weeks ago from scratch. Just tanked Hodir last night in a 10man !PUG! and downed him. All thanks to this forum!

Making a bit of a push for Gladiator this week, unfortunately moving IRL, won't get games in next week, and trying to balance time between packing, work, 2v2 and 3v3. I think if we weren't limitted by time we could do it, especially in 2v2. But it probably won't happen..maybe next season.
I now have 4 pc T8 for both my ret and Holy sets. gonna work on 2 pc t9 ret. not sure if I want more than that for ret and if I want any t9 holy gear.... I love the holy t8 4 pc bonus.
last noght took a kind of random group (whoever happened to be online) to ToC 10 man. took a few tries, but we got the first 'boss' encounter down. didn't have time for more than 3 tries on Jax, but we're gonna head back later this week to get him. i'm sure we'll get it - i'm a beast of a healer.... and humble too i'm told. I sense no sarcasm... ;) oh yeah, everyone else in my group was pretty good too....
no nasty comments about me healing either.... my guild has been short on healers lately and plenty of dps, so unfortunately my ret pally has been called on to heal quite often (by myself - not sure if that really counts as being called on...)
anyway, been good times in raiding lately.

Prelim testing in Uld 25 last night seems like it may be worth it to make two sets of gear in Item Rack. One with i226 AOE Divine storm libram and SoR for trash and then another for Libram of Val + SoV on bosses.
Still its a badd *** libram for 25 triumph emblems so I am stoked.

Done the Faction Champions in ToC 25...
I followed Raid Leader's instructions, bubbled and divine sacrificed when I was told to. Then the priest dispelled my bubble almost instantly... insta killed by the raid damage.
I have the feeling that somewhere there was a Blizzard employee laughing at me.
