I just hit Lvl. 20 and finished the last quests for Ghostlands/Silvermoon and those directing me to Undercity and Orgimmar. However after getting to the last two locations, all the NPC's refered me to do quests in level 30+ areas. Did I miss something or can anyone suggust a area to contine on to.

That point in the levelling career of a BE a bit disjointed, I agree. Blizzard basically says: "here's the rest of the world, good luck buddy". I don't think there really is a correct way to do it. I just went to ashenvale I believe and continued levelling like a normal hordie, but you could pick things up just as easily in a couple different zones.
Yeah, just act as if you had gotten out of the Barrens. Nothing too complicated.
I usually hit Hillsbrad or Ashenvale after Ghostlands. Barrens has too many grinding quests and it takes FOREVER to travel around. Though Ashenvale can sometimes suck if you don't have the 2 FPs there yet.
