I started a new Hunter recently and have already chosen the build I am going to use at 70 for PvP until I (may) switch to a MM build at 70.

It is also important to note that I am a PvP fanatic, and will likely spend copius amounts of time at each tier PvPing in BGs.

My 70 BM build is here:

48/13/0

Now, I am really looking for advice on where to put my points as I level up. I figure that you all have answered so many talent questions before, that I am going to try and make it as easy as possible for anyone willing to help, and I will post the build I was thinking about at every X9 level. I have NO lcue what will be most useful and when, so any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Before we begin, I figured I would go up the MM tree first until I am high enough to respec. into the bread-and-butter talents of the BM tree.

Level 19-
-For this I figured that Improved Crit. Rate and allowing my pet to deal more damage with Imp. Hunter's Mark would be more beneficial than increasing my total health by 5%. Mostly because, even if I twinked out at level 19 and had 1K armor, the talent would still only give me 50 back. I figure this is better at later levels, despite the pet boost. Same goes for T.H., Imp. Revive Pet and F.F. Any comments?

Level 29-
-Here I have finished out the M.M tree, gotten myself GftT and Aimed shot, then nabbing Endurance Training and Improved Revive Pet.

Level 39-
-T.H., Unleashed Fury, Improved Mend Pet (1 point) and Bestial Swiftness. I plan went for the PvP talents more than others here.

Level 49-
-Respec out of A.S. and GftT as well as one point less on Imp. Hunter's Mark in order to get Frenzy, Intimidation, Bestial Wrath, Ferocity and Bestial Discipline.

Level 59-
-Last Imp. M.P. point, Ferocious Inspiration, Serpent's Swiftness and The Beast Within.

And my 70 build is up top. In case you were wondering, this is my idea for a Raid MM build, which is subject to change as I learn more:

Raid MM Build

So if anyone is willing to comment, I would GREATLY appreciate it. Whether you comment or not, have a good one all!

Mortal shots is deadly, and really valuable for PvP i'd say.
though i wouldnt know if either imp. arcane 2 points or rapid killing is more helpful in PvP...

imp. concussive is also very very good in PvP.

i would also suggest not going further then the +5% crit in MM before maxing out BM.
BIGREDKITTY button is basically an i win against most people.
you want that as early as possible.

you could offcourse, respec in between.. but that is your own choice.

Wow... this is just amazing. I've never seen anything like it, it's a once in a lifetime experience...

Somebody asking for advice that actually posted DETAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But yea, you got something pretty good going for you, but I would try to get Catlike Reflexes into your BM builds, it's like 10% less damage for your pet. Also, don't worry about the armor bonus you get in BM too much, worry more about your pets which will be much higher. And BM will be viable and may even be the highest damage tree for raiding when the next patch comes out. Avoidance will aloow pets to survive AoEs and Cobra Reflexes is 12% more damage on top of everything you have in the BM tree.

One last piece of advice, try using WoWhead. It loads much faster than the Blizzard Calculator and right now I'm on my good computer, but when I'm on my bad computer the Blizz calculator sometimes causes it to freeze.

Edit: Opps forgot to check top build. That's exactly the way I would go for a BM build.

Fan, me? Do you know, who I am?

Slayer of Cows.
Enchanter of Baboloth.
The Elbow of Ragnoros.

The Ice Princess =)

I am.... ZINWRATH!!!!!!
[Note, dramatization, I am not really the enchanter of Baboloth]

Opps, got carried away, I'm actually Roaran, and I MIGHT tame that pet, because it looks cool and Carrion Birds are uber, I might tame one of those red ones instead. =P.

Zinwrath is where I got that quote from btw.

Yea right. Gratz on 70 btw Aethien. I would be 70 already if it wasn't the fact that I couldn't play WoW in over a month. I'm addicted and I need to play it again, it's been almost 2 weeks since I sent that money order in now.
