Hi all,
I will be starting a Rogue for PvP. I was wondering what level you have found to be the best level for a Rogue to PvP at. For example, when I played EQ, I kept my Necro at 51 for the loooongest time due to a spell called Splurt. It was extremely mana efficient and did BIG damage for little mana over about 1.25 min (I can't remember the exact time). But I could PvP like MAD due to this spell. I would think there is a "Sweet spot/level" for Rogues in WoW like this. Ideas?

I liked the 39 time most as a rogue. Not because of any special rogue ability, but the other classes seemed to be a bit weaker (like shammys f.e.).

Any time rogues are at their prime, another class is as well. Just make sure you're above 19.

If you are going for battlegrounds make sure to be 18/19 - 28/29 - 38/39 etc. The battlegrounds are splitted to lvl x0-x9 so being level x9 makes u the highest lvl in bg.
Ifound I had the most fun in PVP at 49. It was high enough to have lots of cool abilities, but low enough that I'm not really overpowered by any other class. There are quite a few great daggers out there for us at that level too.
19 kinda sucks for rogue >.>

I liked 39 as well, pvp'd for about 2 months there when my server opened. You have all of your skills needed to pvp effectively, and hunters warlocks, shamans, pallys and most importantly...warriors are still in their lesser armors :)
And i dont understand why you would stay 51 because of splurt...its not like leveling up would have prevented you from using it...i used splurt all the way to 70 and continued to use it at 70...it was the most mana efficient spell ever <3

I'm at 51 right now and i've been stuck there for a while.

i think 39 is perfect jsut because of the stuff said above and shadow priest isnt present yet and youll have the utility that u need to own
39 imo.

Personally, I LOVE the 49 bracket. I don't think I'm going to be staying there for more than another week though, :P. Time to move up in the world.
Definitely level 39 so far....Legionnaire's Sword and Goblin's Nutcracker of the Monkey FTW!!
