I'd like to help but I'm definitely not knowledgeable enough about Outland to tell you what the best reputation to grind is. Same goes for gear, actually.

The only things I can provide are links to sites that will help you make your own choices.

WoW Wiki for a list of what you can buy from each faction. (Scroll down to the Outland factions part)

WoW Loot because it is awesome. And it lets you plan ahead what gear you'll want. If you plan on getting in a raiding guild, I'll give you the same advice I'd give anyone else: Don't linger in early instances. Since you're 70 already, just go back if you know for sure a certain item is unmatched for a certain slot until raid gear.

Good luck, and have fun.

Join the the other throngs of druids trying to get SV runs to get there Tanking Epic Mace....

In fact, it's time for me to queue up for me SV runs.... 6000/21000 /mumble grumble...

If you want to tank, then indeed Earthwarden from Cenarion Expedition Rep is fantstic. At the end of the day though, you want to get revered with all the factions to get your keys to heroic instances (I only need my Ramparts key now). So don't burn yourself out doing steamvaults over & over again. Make a list of some of the gear you want and what instance it is in and target those instances as well. You'll find all your rep increasing nicely as well as your gear. But do grab a Steamvaults run if one is in the offering :)

I'd say the most important grind for a feral druid is really Coilfang... Do quests and whatnot until honored with Cenarion Expedition, then Steamvault until revered, then at revered get the heroic Coilfang key to grind all of them (or still just SV) to exalted - where Earthwarden waits :)

Nice thing about a Steamvault grind is that you can essentially get some gear specifically for that instance since you'll know what's happening in there after the first or second run.

Well for heroics you need revered rep with 5 factions

Cenarion Expedition (Coilfang)
Sha'Tar (Tempest Keep)
Lower City (Auchindon)
Thrallmar (Hellfire Citadel)
Keepers of Time (Caverns of Time) (This is easiest. Do the full quest lines for KoT and you will almost be revered. 8K rep for one of the quests).

Then if you want the Earthwarden you will need Exalted with CE, although with buffs coming in the next patch, BSoS will become a much more viable tanking weapon until you get some drops. (They are adding 39 STA to it on top of the 500 Armour).

Also, you can get some very nice druid tanking items from quests so you could try doing those for the rewards (if you haven't already) to break up the rep grind.

Check out:
Verdant Gloves
Umberhowls Collar
Manimals Cinch
Cloak of the Valiant Defender

All of which come very highly on druid tank gearing sites. eg. Bear Mitigation

Also, you could start thinking about getting attuned for Kara

I think the best thing to do is make a list. I did. Something along the lines of
Items I want, Mats I need to farm, Quests I need to complete, Rep I need. Then mix and match to stop getting fed up with a continuous grind on one instance.
