I think shamans need this... i've made many other posts, this one is not overpowered.

Change to Unrelenting Storm

Now only 3/3 points, effect increased to 6/12/20%.

Wrath of Air removed, changed to this

Storm Cloud
190 Mana 3 Min cooldown
Instant
Conjures up a stormcloud above you, making all your casts un slow/inturruptable once clicked. During this time, you may only cast lightning-based spells and shocks, and your spell hit and crit rate increased by 3%. Lasts 15 sec or 10 casts.

Dual Wield concept REMOVED, read O shaman boards. Instead, replaced:

Earthgrab
600 Mana
Instant
Immobolizes the Target for 4 sec.

Mana Tide trainable, change to: Tide

Tide
700 Mana 4 sec cooldown
2 sec cast
Heals the target for 1560-1940. This spell reduces threat exactly as if the points are gained.
