item choicesFollow

A friend bugged me about helping him through BM for his kara pre-q and so, with a heavy heart, i was add boy again.
Now.. i got some kewl items and i was wondering if i should change my equipment.
In your opinion what's better:
Mana-Etched Crown vs Evoker's Helmet of Second Sight
and
Mantle of Three Terrors vs Spaulders of the Torn-heart

I can Gem the Mana-Etched Crown with the +12dmg & speed and a red gem.

So are these any upgrades for me?
I mostly raid, instance a little and zero pvp.
