Well, I don't feel like rewriting everything so I'll just quote myself on the same thread in the Druids' forums. (Hence the last part about Flight Form)

Furthermore, if you had to choose which one you wanted depending on your spec, you might as well remove the option to respec. How excruciatingly frustrating would it be to go through a long chain-quest, get some super power or whatever, and then realize your guild needs more <something> which would brings you to respec later on? Ability lost, time wasted, player frustrated.
I think the only epic stuff we need to see more are things like the Epic Flight Form quest which will add flavor without breaking the game. (Since we still have to fork over 5000g for the damn training.)
