Just want some opinions on this build i put together. I know its not the ultimate grinding build, but i thought it could be interesting to try out. Could yield alot of combo points and you would still be pretty good for grinding. Not for instance/raiding though as you will not be dodging attacks.

Pretty nice build altogether, very few Sublety-Combat builds out there that I have seen. My one beef is: take two points out of Setup or Sword Specialization (Sword Specializtion for this build) and you can take both Blade Flurry and Adrenaline Rush. Now, Sword Specialization could be a nice talent, but the -2% proc chance shouldn't hurt it much, and the other two talents look a lot more appetizing. (NOTE: this section will becom UTTERLY irrelevant in a few weeks) Also, until next patch, you should switch out Sleight of Hand for Improved Sap. It may be a group-oriented talent, but you'll be served well with some grouping capacities and it can REALLY save your hide in multi-mob situations. For example: three mobs are guarding a chest. As a Rogue with both Blade Flurry and Improved Sap, you can do wonderful things. Sap one, use your opener, move back, pop Blade Flurry. Take three mobs out of the picture in the time it takes to kill one.

Ahh, the setup is the main CP builder of this particular build, i did sleight of hand just to get to the setup and skipped imp sap because of the coming patch. Thanks for the opinion though.

This build has no use, aside from what was already pointed out(you need blade fury and adrenaline rush, any rogue spec without a 21 pt talent is pretty useless), but your cp generation will be total crap unless you plan on having 40%+dodge and always tanking. And with your crit rating already being crap because of no points in malice and no dagger/fist specialization your dam is going to suffer... a lot.

The reason you don't see many sub/combat builds is because the cp generation is pretty ridiculous and the sub talents you've selected offer you very little dam enhancement outside of your first finishing move.
The more I look at this spec the more I dislike it and can't find a single use for it that another more conventional spec wouldn't do better and more effeciently.
Stick with the combat spec you have and fill out lethality and you'll be fine for grinding anything you like. If you find you are taking too much dam, move some points around in combat and pick up dodge or parry or both.

i use a similar build, but you cant make a combat/sub build without adrenaline rush and prep, when you do this it totally rocks, 30 seconds or infinite enerjy and almost 100% dodge with half the dodges generating combo points for you, i call it the solo boss killer build cos thats what it excells at

Iora, thats the first hemo with fist weapons build that i've seen. Think it looks good (although i dont pretend to be an authority in the slightest sense).

And wtf is that in your offhand lol.

I respeced from sub to combat swords pretty early on in my toons life. Didn't realy learn to pvp with sub before i changed it and found that it was pretty tough to take down even clothies without any real burst dmg. So, i messed around tried to make the "combat potency" talent work for me by using the fastest OH sword i could find, and wearing 3 pieces of the stormshroud set ( chance to gain 30 energy from all melee attacks) it was like adrenalin rush nonstop. Then i thought about getting darkmantel for the 4 piece 35 energy proc together with the SS set. If we were still pre BC the combo would have been devastatingly brutal. I might add that i'm strictly working with lvl 60 builds cause i don't have TBC yet. Got too many bills on the table right now. =( Just messin around with the talent calc and workin with what i got.
