Free pet dismissalFollow

Hey, I haven't seen this anywhere, and it may be a newb type comment, but you can dismiss your pet without losing happiness and without flying somewhere by just telling it to stay and running away. once you're far enough it dismisses and you don't lose happiness points. i found it helpful.

Also work with cats and prowl, but you can actually mount.

Though in 2.1 pets auto dismiss on mount.

They will auto remiss (I'm making up the word I think) on dismount. Why would you want to completely dismiss your pet though? If you're jumping, just use stay + eotb, it'd require less setup.

There are times when you don't want your pet out.

When it's raining out and you don't want your pet bringing in that wet cat/dog smell.

Well, I don't have a sense of smell, so even if I were to RP it wouldn't matter to me.

When you want to run past a tonne of **** and feign death at the end, you definately do not want your pet out.

You can currently also fly up in the air to free dismiss your pet, but that wont work anymore post 2.1 (as it will automatically come back on dismount)..

if you're running around doing profession stuff or auctioning and crap, you don't want to have to feed them all the time.

This kinda looks like it fits that description. Whether you like RP or not, that really wasn't at all helpful. I don't see any reason to assume he means RP in general.
