Calling All End-Game Restoration DruidsFollow

I finally reached level 70 this weekend and went out for icecream to celebrate. On one hand it feels great to have reached max level, but on the other hand I'm a bit lost as to what to do now.

My friends would like to start doing instances and need me to respec resto to help them out. (I'm currently feral) I have no problems doing this, only if I'm also going to be rep grinding and PVP, then I wonder how much versatility I'll be losing to become a better healer.

Are there any 70 resto druids out there that can share their end-game experiences with me to let me know what it's like? How well can you do things on your own and what's your current spec?

(Thanks in advance for your time)

I'm feral, but a resto guildy of mine had no problem with rep - he just runs instances. As far as PvP, a resto druid is a force to be reckoned with! He could have 2 enemies on him for quite a while, just healing himself while his team-mates took them out.

If you want to solo, then you will definitely struggle, but if you are in group PvP or instances, you will do very well.

Druids made great healers way before Tree of Life, hell even before Swiftmeld i healed in BWL, My point is that you do not have to fully commit the the end all be all Resto build to heal realy well, you can be a HT healer, they tend to get swiftmeld maybe a few more tallents then go the Ballance tree(or feral), this is a lil bit of a weird setup because it dose affect your ability to do both, but you can help curb this with relay good gear.....
