Fury to Arms -_-Follow

#1 Apr 19 2007 at 10:01 PM Rating: Decent
Ok so ive been doing some pvp lately and fury has been good to me in most cases. The overwhelming amount of low crits on the enemy seems to do well with my build unless that person has a lot of hp or a lot of armor. I find that no matter how hard i try mages or pallies that can sheild and bubble kill me like cake. It seems that i dont hit hard enough to cut through those shields that mages put up. :( Even with my mainhands critting 500+ white damage and offhand 250+ white damage its not enough with all this outland health these peeps got.

So im thinking of switching to arms once again because from what ive seen it can get the job done with high burst damage. If i get my blacksmithing up quickly ill be going for that LionHeart Executioner since ive seen some people hit nice with that thing ( or lunar crescent havnt decided yet). Any how this switch is mainly so i can survive mages or any other class in arenas. Plus fury is getting nerfed in next patch so its losing my favor rapidly :P

Thoughts and comments on arms pvp regarding gear and tactics are appreciated.
P.S. Any tips for warrior vs mage fights would be much appreciated.

Well, Lionheart is the weakest one of them. But I just love the proc and the look. But yes, if you want to PvP go arms.

Well I mostly arena, and whenever I get Frost Nova'd i just trinket(or get my healer to cleanse/dispel).And if they can't keep me rooted, it's a GG. I really have no time right now to make an in depth Mini-Guide on how to kill mages. But honestly, for times sake. Just don't...let them get away from you.You can do this by,

Intimidating Shout

Piercing Howl

PvP Trinket

Spell Reflect(Not really a way to get them near you, but to mitigate more damage)

Pummel their spells. GG. Mages are easy for me now.(As arms)

Sorry i couldn't be more indepth but like i said, no time!

if they frost nova you, intimidating shout them asap. It will reduce the amount of time they have to get away and allow your second wind to heal you a bit. don't intercept until they blink. Obviously you'll want to get a sword and shield for spell reflect. I've made mages kill themselves on more than one occasion because they get overzealous and attempt to smack me with the biggest pyrobast they can. Easiest way to avoid their spells is to stay behind them. It will cancel their casting if you are behind them when it finishes.
